Hardware Inventory
Hardware inventory provides a list of components, system information and devices installed on a system. You can review this list by system or by device.
When a workstation starts, the monitoring client will gather the system's inventory and report it to the database to compile an up to date database of every component on your network.
The software requires Microsoft's WMI, which is pre-installed on Windows ME, NT, 2000 and XP. Windows 95 and 98 may require you to download and install WMI.
