Registered owners of our products receive 30 days of telephone support free of charge from the time of the first support call. Our Support Staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the use, functionality or configuration of our products. After the end of your 30 days of free support, additional support calls are accepted on a $25.00 per call basis.
